- This is a production method that applies only to orders.
The shape of the handprint is hand-cut one by one by the master, and the exact shape is created to create the only “mold” in the world.
By hand-cutting, it is possible to cut three-dimensionally, and it is possible to make adjustments in millimeters.
- What is semi-order (only part ready-made)
- It is a manufacturing method that can be applied from Atari to ready-made soybeans.
We will make it using the same die as ready-made sizes (5 types for men and women, 10 types in total).
However, the wooden pattern for the hat (thumb) will be made exclusively for you from scratch. We will manufacture from a ready-made shape so that it fits the customer's hand as much as possible.

Send purchase orders and return invoices
Please send the order form by EMS (international speed mail). It is possible to send by e-mail, but only PDF format (please scan so that the original size does not change) is supported. After confirming, we will send you an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email contains the price and delivery date.

Waiting for production (leather selection)
I have to wait until my turn comes. This period is also included in the delivery time. Production of atari and sokuri takes about two weeks. It takes about 4-5 months to produce urori. Priority production (within 1 month of delivery) is possible for urori, but a 20% surcharge will be charged.

Payment
Payment is made via Paypal. Prices do not include Japanese consumption tax.

Product delivery
As soon as the product is completed, it will be delivered promptly by EMS. We will inform you the tracking number via PayPal when it is shipped. In addition, the total amount of the contents of EMS is stated at the cost price, and we will do our best to avoid customs duties. The item will be sent as a gift.

Things to prepare
- Pencil (other writing instruments are acceptable)
- Kite string (any string that does not stretch will do)
- ruler or tape measure

- Collaborator (person who takes the mold of the hand)
Measurement procedure
- 01
- Gently open your right hand. It's just lighter. The tip of the pencil should fit in the fork of your finger.
Make sure your thumb is at about a 45 degree angle to your wrist.

- There is a cross line, but first place the middle finger along the vertical line.
Next, move your hand so that you can see the horizontal line at the base of your thumb (webbed part). At this point, the cross should feel like it's right in the middle of your palm.

- Trace around the hand with a pencil. It is best if the line is slightly visible when viewed from above.
Please cooperate with a third party as much as possible.

- Measure the thickest part of the joint of each finger with a string.

- Place the thread on the ruler and measure in millimeters.

- Measure the circumference of the back of the hand (the circumference of the thumb and index finger) in the same way.

- Measure the circumference of the wrist in the same way.

About group orders
If you have 3 or more people per dojo, you can use a group discount that allows you to order semi-orders such as atari and sokuri at a great price. Once there is a transaction record, the group discount price will be applied for one year after that, even if you place an order in units of one unit. For groups that have been doing business with us for more than two years, we offer special prices for kyudo club member (circle) recruitment posters and dojo equipment.
